Floortje Keijzer (1978, Haarlem) works independently as a designer, writer and researcher in the field of architecture and heritage. She studied architecture at the TU Delft (MSc 2006) and Architectural History at the VU University Amsterdam (MA, Cum Laude 2012).
Her work is a combination of the two disciplines: her design is influenced by historical research and her history lectures and excursions are inspired by current design strategies. She often works together with other architects and artist. Her focus lies with the recent architectural history of the 20th century as well as with modern architecture and her home base is Amsterdam.
